Made in the USA out of heavy duty 12 gauge Steel, comes with 3× 3/8”-16×1.5 grade 8 bolts, 3× 3/8” grade 8 lock washers and 3× 3/8” grade 8 flat washers. Nuts are welded to box no need to use a second wrench to hold them while tightening the bolts.
